  • Ban, Kick, and Warning Records – Maintains server integrity and ensures fair enforcement of community guidelines.

  • Player Stats and Inventory – Supports gameplay features, progression tracking, and server economy systems.

How to Make a Request:

Send a DM to the Server Owner/Leadership with your identifiers (Steam, Discord, etc.) and your request. If you're in the EU, you can reference Article 17 of the GDPR. If your request is ignored, you can escalate to CFX.re support or your local data authority.

Retention Period: We are likely to retain information for around 6 months once a player becomes inactive, just in case you feel you want to return or come back with questions but may well do it more often if resources enable.

1. General Rules

  • 1.1 By accessing our FiveM server, Discord, website, or Tebex store, you agree to follow all server rules, community guidelines, and roleplay standards.
  • 1.2 Failure to comply may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans without refund.
  • 1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Donations & Tebex Purchases

  • 2.1 All payments made through Tebex are considered donations that help support the running and development of Frisbee Gaming RP.
  • 2.2 All Tebex purchases/donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of your circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Permanent or temporary bans
    • Server closures or downtime
    • Player leaving the community voluntarily
    • Dissatisfaction with services or perks
  • 2.3 Attempting to charge back or dispute a payment will result in an immediate permanent ban from all Frisbee Gaming RP services, and your details may be reported to Tebex and CFX.re.
  • 2.4 Donation rewards (if applicable) are considered virtual perks and hold no real-world monetary value.

3. Account Responsibility

  • 3.1 You are responsible for keeping your Steam, Discord, and FiveM accounts secure.
  • 3.2 If someone else gains access to your account and breaks rules, your account may still be punished.
  • 3.3 We are not responsible for lost progress, in-game items, or account compromises.

4. Server Access & Content

  • 4.1 Access to Frisbee Gaming RP is a privilege, not a right. Staff may restrict or revoke your access at their discretion.
  • 4.2 All in-game content, assets, and scripts are the property of Frisbee Gaming RP or their respective creators. Redistribution or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  • 4.3 We may modify or remove perks, features, or server content at any time without prior notice.

5. Privacy & Data

  • 5.1 By playing on our server, you consent to the collection of identifiers (Steam, Discord, FiveM IDs, IP addresses) and in-game logs for security, moderation, and gameplay purposes.
  • 5.2 Data is stored securely and only accessible to trusted staff.

6. Liability

  • 6.1 Frisbee Gaming RP is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or continued availability.
  • 6.2 We are not responsible for:
    • Loss of in-game progress or virtual items
    • Server downtime, crashes, or closures
    • Damages resulting from third-party services or platforms
  • 6.3 By using our services, you acknowledge that all donations are voluntary and not tied to guaranteed service delivery.

  • 7.2 Disputes regarding data handling can be escalated to your local data protection authority (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA).
  • 7.3 For Tebex payment disputes, you must first contact Frisbee Gaming RP staff before taking further action.
